This policy explains what information Leal's Tamale Factory ("we," "us," "our") collects through lealstamalefactory.com, how we use it, and how we protect it. It applies equally to visitors who arrive on lealtamales.com, which redirects to the same site. The site is operated from Lubbock, Texas.

- Shipping waitlist form: email address and zip code.
- Vendor program form: contact name, phone, optional email, where you intend to sell, type of setup, food-permit status, expected volume, and any additional notes.
We do not collect payment information through this website at this time. Wholesale and catering payments are arranged separately by phone or in person.
1.2 Information collected automatically
This site uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-YT5XPPNFB3) to understand which pages people use and how they found us. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and collects information including the pages you view, roughly how long you stay, the approximate location derived from your IP address, your device and browser type, and the site or search that referred you. We use it in aggregate. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not run advertising or retargeting trackers on this site.
You can opt out of Google Analytics entirely by installing Google's browser opt-out add-on, or by blocking cookies for this site in your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use any part of lealstamalefactory.com, including the forms. Google's own explanation of how it handles data from sites that use its services is at policies.google.com.
The contact page embeds a Google Map showing our location. Loading that map contacts Google, which may set its own cookies and receive your IP address, the same as if you had opened Google Maps directly. We do not receive any data from the map. If you would rather not load it, the "Get directions" link underneath opens Google Maps only when you choose to tap it.
We also store one small item in your browser's local storage to remember that you have dismissed the cookie notice, so it does not reappear on every page. That value never leaves your device.

3. Who We Share Your Information With
We share information only with the service providers we use to operate the website and respond to inquiries. These include:
- Our SMS provider (used to text you back about your inquiry).
- Our email provider (used to confirm and follow up on orders).
- Our hosting provider (used to serve the website itself).
- Our internal records system (used to track orders for fulfillment).
Each of these providers is bound by their own privacy obligations and uses your information only to perform the service we ask them to perform. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with marketers, advertisers, or other unrelated third parties.

We keep order-related information for as long as needed to fulfill the order and for the period required by Texas tax and accounting rules. Inquiry messages are kept for up to two years to allow for follow-up. You can ask us to delete your records at any time using the contact information below.

- Ask us to correct information that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
